Hi need help regarding square fingerprint generation

Hello Square Developer Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on a project that involves handling fingerprint data, and I have encountered a specific challenge that I hope to get some guidance on.

I am trying to understand how to parse and process fingerprint data effectively within my application. I’ve reviewed the documentation available but still find myself unsure about the best practices for parsing this type of data.

Could someone please explain or point me to resources that detail the process for parsing fingerprint data? Any examples or insights into handling similar data securely and efficiently would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

The Square finger_print is intended as a Square-assigned identifier, based on the card number, to identify the card across multiple locations within a single application.

no sir
this is not the card number fingerprint
this is calculated by some browsing data and browser details but i have no idea how can i calculate it
can u please help

I’m not sure I fully understand the issue and how it relates to Square. Tracking and calculating browser data isn’t something that Square products do. If you could further clarify your issue I’ll be able to better assist.

could u adhere to the provided image and texplain me what exactly the fingerprint is how can i generae it on my own or if i can not?

How is the image Square related? If the value is a Square generated ID then there isn’t any other way to generate the ID outside of Square.
