Getting 400 bad request and 500 internal Server Error when hitting Customer Search API.
Hey @Chandini! We’re currently looking into what may have caused this. Are the internal server errors still happening, or did they stop after some time? Also, do you mind sharing your application ID (not your access token)?
Just following up here to let y’all know that the team looked into this and confirmed that there was an issue with the Customers API that was causing 500 errors for some merchants during that time period. It’s since been resolved, and no changes need to be made to applications for it. Thanks for raising this!
