Future order date time not printing on receipt

Hi Support,

We are using Orders API to create an order in the POS. Order is being created successfully but when the store prints it, it does not print the future order date and time.

Is there a way to print the ‘expected_shipped_at’ date and time so the restaurant staff knows when to prepare the food.

Here is a receipt for Delivery order for November 10 but it did not print the date.

At this time all the printer setting are on the device the order is being pushed to. There isn’t any additional programmatic settings that are available to print select fields. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team. :slightly_smiling_face:
