Every month, Square stops printing the orders

at the end of each month, my customer’s Square stops printing and receiving orders coming from the custom app I made to their square. Is there something that needs to be renewed every month so that it works smoothly?

Last month, I fixed it by the shop owner connecting my app to square again, but i’d like that this doesn’t need to happen every month
