Embedded square online ordering not saving cart info

Hi,

I’m embedding a Square online ordering site inside a PWA. the problem is that when I add an item to the cart, it does not store the cart session, so the cart is always emptied automatically. is there a way to solve this?

I reached out to the team and embedding a Square Online Store in a PWA isn’t a supported use case of the Online Store. :slightly_smiling_face:

If I embed it with iFrame would it work? Is there some workaround for it?

I am having a similar use case. I create 360 Virtual tours and want to enable shoppers to buy the product through clicking on the object which then opens up a popup webframe with the weblink supplied. It looks OK but the cart doesn’t populate. Both sites are SSL, so not sure why that shouldn’t / couldn’t be working?

This still isn’t a supported use case. Embedding the Square Online store isn’t currently supported. :slightly_smiling_face:

Any update on this? Is there a work around to embedding square site and won’t have problem with adding items to cart?
