Does SCA has an impact on systems using the Checkout API?

hi,

I’ve received this email from Square: " Strong Customer Authentication for electronic payments has begun rolling out"

Not sure if I need to do something about that as our system uses the Checkout API, so users are redirected to the Square hosted payment form.

Does SCA has an impact on such systems using the Checkout API?

Hi @kbsman welcome to the forums!

With the Checkout API, there will not be any additional requirements that you need to do to implement SCA. That will be handled within the hosted page, by Square.
