Developer Account: Status stuck on "Incomplete" and "Add team member" redirects to Dashboard

Hi everyone,

I am setting up a developer account to integrate Square APIs for a client, but I am facing an issue in the Team members section of the Seller Dashboard.

  • Issue: My user status as Owner is stuck on “Incomplete”.

  • Behavior: Whenever I click on the “Incomplete” status badge or click the “Add team member” button, the page fails to open the setup form and immediately redirects me back to the main Dashboard Home.

As a developer, I need to invite additional team members to this account to collaborate on testing and managing developer access.

Could someone from the support or developer team advise on how to resolve this incomplete onboarding state or bypass the redirect loop so I can add team members?
