Im trying to create a team member in the sandbox but I keep getting an error at the Access screen - Unable to Load.
I need this to be able to test multiple team members with appointments. Also, is the online booking ink not available for Sanbox?

The documentation doesn’t help. Also, based on some other posts, It seems like I should be able to enable team members for appointments. But I can’t create the team member through the UI due to the error mentioned. I was able to create the team member via the API but I wasn’t able to enable them for permissions via the API, and trying to do something on the UI instructs me to set their permissions up, which is failing due to the above step
This is a known limitation of the sandbox today- the sandbox doesn’t fully replicate all production behaviors. For now, we’d recommend testing in the production environment. I’ve raised this again with our product team. Appreciate the feedback!
