We have a Beta feature in Catalog API to create quantity based auto-applied discounts! You can configure exact or minimum purchase quantity discounts or BOGO discounts using the pricing_rule_data field in the Upsert Catalog object of Catalog API. Discounts created using this field can be auto-applied on POS. Read more about auto-apply discounts and CatalogPricingRule.
