Bank Deposit Tag Issue

Hello

We have a customer that is having issue with bank deposits not being identified correctly. I walked them through where to manage this, but when the deposits come into their bank, they are not correctly labeled. For reference, the field we are using is the Location Nickname in the My Business → Locations section.
