Where does the value that we set for the Order ticket_name appear on the POS or the Kitchen Receipt?

Yes. They were created via the API
Currently, the ticket_name
won’t show on the POS or the Dashboard at this time. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team.
@Bryan-Square we’ve working on updating orders crates in POS via API. The ticket_name from POS is there but when we update it via API it doesn’t return back to POS. Do you know the reason for this? It’s strange because future calls show new tab name but POS always reflects the old.
