We submitted app to the Square App Marketplace on July 23, 2026. The listing portion was approved on July 29, but the integration review is still showing as pending.
We haven’t received any requests for additional information or changes, so I was wondering how long the integration review typically takes after the listing has been approved.
Has anyone recently gone through this process? Any insight into the usual review timeline or whether we should follow up with the Square team would be appreciated.

How did you get a listing through? I have an app that I would love to get on the marketplace but I was told they are not actively taking partnership applications.

As far as we can tell, we haven’t been assigned a Partnership Manager or received any communication from a Partnerships contact so far.
Could you please advise on the best way to escalate this in that case?

@Ranjan Unfortunately, App Marketplace onboarding for developers without an assigned Square Partnerships contact is currently paused. Because your submission falls into that group, we’re unable to advance the integration review or offer an escalation path or estimated timeline at this time.
This pause only affects publication to the App Marketplace; it does not affect your existing Square application or general access to Square APIs. I’m sorry for the confusion and disappointment.
hi @jseok thanks for the reply. I hope you would reconsider this, our current app is used by 1500+ Square merchants and we’re actively working with multiple Square reps in onboarding mutual clients. It makes more sense to have the Square marketplace as a entry point instead of other places.
