I know that there is a receipt url returned from the payments api. But, if I include the field “buyer_email_address” when creating a payment, will a receipt automatically be emailed to the address when the payment is completed?
Currently, automatic receipts aren’t sent with payments completed with the payments API. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team.
