We have been experiencing difficulties in placing orders on our website, www.farmersfreshmeat.com, since March 17th. Although we have been informed that the issue is due to the bank declining transactions, we have attempted to use multiple cards with no success. This issue has been reported on numerous forums.
We have attempted to rectify the situation by updating our SDK and creating a new application, however, the issue persists and transactions continue to be declined.
Furthermore, we have reason to believe that this issue may not be related to the bank, as we have not observed any API calls being made to the bank. It appears that the issue may instead be related to the payment gateway.
We would like to emphasize that a prompt resolution to this issue is of utmost importance to us, as it is significantly impacting our ability to conduct business. We kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we have reached out to the bank and they have informed us that they have not declined any transactions.
In fact, according to their support team, the payment gateway has not attempted to charge the card.
