Ever since the 4/21 update to Square, all of the products uploaded to the square system do not have any online fulfillments set automatically. Everything looks correct in the Items Library but in fact the online fulfillments are not being set. The status is a green available status BUT, the online site shows it as Not Available because it has no online fulfillment set.
That looks correct for the item, but there is no actual online fulfillment methods as shown here:
Any idea what new fields in the API I’m missing to trigger the creation of the online fulfillment methods given the new update? Or is this just something in Square that is broken in the new update?
My customers are obviously frustrated by this issue and I have no idea how I can actually address it because nothing changed on my side.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
