Use the SearchCustomers endpoint to search and return customer profiles based on their custom attributes. Look up customer profiles with specific allergies, preferences, or any other custom attributes stored in the Square Customer Directory to take personalized actions.

Customers API: Search by Segment ID
We’ve added a new Segment ID filter to the SearchCustomer endpoint, enabling you to search for customer profiles based on segments created in the Square Customer Directory. Filter for customer profiles based on purchasing history segments, loyalty account segments, or other segments to be used for running targeted initiatives and unlocking robust insights.
