We’ve released a highly requested feature to Customers API - enhanced Customer Search endpoint in beta! Now you can look up customer profiles in real time using their email address, phone number, and reference ID. eCommerce developers can use the new search filters to prevent duplicate customer records during checkout flows and while managing stored payment information. This announcement pairs with the Customer Groups API beta release last month, which enables you to create groups and retrieve segments of customers to take personalized actions.
