I noticed nothing seems to be answered lately and when I send a ticket I never hear back. I usually have a couple questions a year and in the past they were answered the sameday or soon after.

This notice should be pinned at the top, which it never has been for me.
Seems as if perhaps the Square resource(s?) that staffed this forum were caught up in the recent layoff.
Most unfortunate. A 1:1 email support model is much, much less valuable than the Many:Many model (previously) afforded by this forum.
For all its shortcomings, this forum offered the best support across all of Square. Other support venues/avenues (non-developer) were absolutely dreadful, at least a few years ago.
