Incorrect booking service title (outdated) from booking created with API

Hi all,

I’ve been having an issue where bookings created for a specific service using the Booking API are returning the old name (superseded) for the service. I have checked the API logs on the developer portal and the API requests are returning what appears to be the correct service details in the response, which I’ve checked against the service list details using the API explorer.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

I’ve been looking at some of your API logs and wanted to make sure I understand the issue you’re seeing. Where exactly are you seeing the old name returned?

  1. Are you using one of our SDKs (node/python)?
  2. Are you looking at the object returned from the create booking call?
  3. What is the old name and what is the correct name?
  4. Are you looking at the correct service object? There is the item Consultation & Advanced Skin Treatment and the item variation Regular that I see
