I want to simulate fraud transactions or any type of failed transactions, I found few test cards to test failed transactions but in sandbox there is no option to enter the card details to test failed transactions, is there any way to test that.

You can use the Disputes API test amounts to simulate disputed/fraudulent payments in sandbox.
