I have an automation setup using make that gets data and sends an email notification to break down tax, fees, etc. It’s worked perfectly for years, but all of a sudden it stopped sending the credit card fee’s information. Looking into it, the processing fees section of the return data is completely missing. Not sure where to go from here.
Looking through this site I found reference to it possibly taking up to 5 minutes to populate the processing fees. I had a 60 second delay in my automation to allow for completion of processing, assuming that a full minute was enough for everything, as it has been for years.
I changed that to 300 seconds and suddenly it works. If you’re having an issue with processing fees not showing up, apparently the right answer is “wait longer”.
