Starting yesterday evening (June 1st) around 10pm PST I started getting timeout errors making API calls using the Node.js SDK. It has mainly been with the list catalog API, but other endpoints seem to be impacted as well. It seems to be happening pretty consistently every 2 or 3 requests.
Any ideas on what the issue is or how I can troubleshoot this further?
Was this in the sandbox environment? We did have an issue with the Catalog then and it was effecting API calls to the Catalog in sandbox.
Thanks for the reply @Bryan-Square, it was happening in production. Do you think that the issue could have also impacted prod? I doesn’t seem to be an issue today, but I will update if I continue to see it happening.
@Bryan-Square - I am continuing to see time outs while fetching items from my catalog. Please let me know if there is any additional info I can share to help debug the issue.
