Duplicates via Shift API

I’m pulling data from Shift endpoint to calculate the labor hours and for Jan 22nd I see 2 shift entries coming via API for an employee whereas Square report shows only one of them. Can we check why this happened please?
Shift IDs 'RTGFWFT4QGWE1','NNECSHR74XQ84' for same day and all the information is same.

They are not created via APIs if that’s what you meant? But sorry I’m unclear when you say, how shifts are created.

@subzero355 I don’t see NNECSHR74XQ84 in the API response. Are you sure that’s a valid shift_id? :slightly_smiling_face:
