@josh-square We are having more and more customers start to notice the issue with the new items uploaded to Square showing as Not Available and they’re certainly not happy. Any word from the engineering team on when this might be fixed?
Do you have anything support can do to help customers who have a lot of these items and really no way to recognize which ones have the issue? Can support run some kind of query or task to fix the channels or the online fulfillment methods? Users really can’t tell an item has this issue just by looking at the list of items and they may add a few hundred items daily.
