i am having similar issue. it was all working fine but since thursday or friday, the form would not load. getting same 410 and iframe error as posted by main user abve.

Are the applications you’re using still using the SqPaymentForm? If so that is retired and decommissioned. You’ll need to migrate to the Web Payments SDK.
