Authorization error: ‘GENERIC_DECLINE’

I am getting this error with different cards:

We reached out to the card bank issuer and they responded with “Money is withdrawn from the account but does not come to the recipient’s account”

I took a look at the payments and they are all declined. Declined cards may result in pending charges on your customer’s bank statement. These declined charge should disappear automatically from your customer’s statement within a few business days. Square sends a void notification to the bank as soon as a payment becomes declined/voided; it’s then up to the bank to release any hold on the cardholder’s funds. :slightly_smiling_face:
