Allow the creation and sending of customized SMS messages

Could you please develop the capability for users to compose SMS messages that are personalized to their preferences? With regard to our workflow in particular. Due to the fact that we do not make the customer’s order until they arrive at our location, we would want to send them a “I’m Here Link” along with any specific instructions that they may require. This will ensure that their order is both hot and fresh. According to Square’s current SMS capability, the “I’m here Link” can only be sent when the order has been successfully completed.

If this is something that can be accomplished, then we will be able to send them a message informing them that their order is fully prepared and that they can come to the window to pick it up.
