Nothing in terminal. I can ran locally starter examples and see dialog showing confirmation of ACH payment. But in case of samples I do not get that dialog. Anyway to step from square.js source code?
Are you getting any console errors? Whats different from when you run it locally other then the hosted environment.
The difference is that sample provide runs in its own window while this link runs in i-frame :
