I know it is late in the night but I have a questing for anyone who can help.
When I call a refund to the api.
the webhooks come in in this order
refund.updated
refund.updated
refund.created
not sure why it dose not call the created one first.
any help would be great or I will have to hack the code in a not so friendly way.

When I call the api from my website it work in the right order.
I was testing will your api tester that was givng the web hook the wrong order.
Not sure why
Glad to hear that they are arriving in the correct order on your site. With the webhooks test site it does display the results newest to oldest so the order that you shared does appear to be what’s expected.
