Web Payments SDK - Form not rendering

The payment form is not rendering.
Firefox version 52, page: Square Web Payments Showcase
It was working a couple of days ago.

The console error shows:
SyntaxError: invalid property id square.js:1:11870
Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead. RemoteAddonsParent.jsm:644:4
ReferenceError: Square is not defined[Learn More] SingleLinePaymentForm.js:2:9
