Is there any way for users on Square to download their data in csv, spreadsheet or another form? For example, download all of their items as an excel file.
Yes, most of the dashboard has a report of some sort. They can download their items, or transactions, etc to a CSV file from their Seller Dashboard.
For items, you can go to “Items” → “Actions” → “Export Library”. There’s also a whole reporting section that can be navigated to by clicking “Reports” although most of that is around sales, inventory, or disputes.

Awesome thanks. Sorry that was a bit of a stupid question but I am not real familiar with the dashboard and couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for. Thanks a lot for your help.
