You can now add extensibility to your product at no cost—Update Payments API provides the flexibility to incrementally increase authorization amounts and enable sellers to effortlessly update payments when completing transactions.
Pre-authorizing payments helps to reduce the risk assumed by sellers and enables them to provide a frictionless shopping experience by covering the cost of a good or service once the sale has been completed and a card is no longer present.
The Update Payments API is available to developers in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada and Ireland.
