I have recently built an app using the Terminal API - using the app on my account that the app is created on - the webhooks fire fine and everything works well. When an external user connects using Oauth, the webhook is not fired. The terminal starts and cancels from the API request and the API request is logged, but no webhook update is sent to my subscribed URL which makes my app completely unusable!

Do you have the checkout_id that didn’t trigger an event? Also what’s the OAuth’d location_id?

Great! Also does your application have PAYMENTS_READ permissions? If your not sure you can check with RetrieveTokenStatus. If you don’t have that permission that would explain why your not getting the events.
