Postal Code failed validation


I’m trying to transfer a domain to Square, however, when I try to connect it after going through the three steps this comes up:
Postal Code failed validation

Your administrator postal for this domain is invalid. Please visit your domain registrar and modify it to the format “12345”.

Could someone please inform me where and how I change the administrator postal? Is it in the payment process or the address information of the owner registered at the previous domain provider?
