Hello, is there a full working example using the PHP SDK of all the code necessary to create a payment? I am looking for the HTML, JavaScript, and PHP server side payment page. I cannot find this anywhere in the documentation.

I used this PHP example a couple years ago and was able to add to several websites. It works great. The problem is that it targets API version 18.0.0. I am looking for a similar example for newer API versions (i.e. 43.2.0)
