Monthly_billing_anchor_date is being set automatically on subscription creation (sandbox)

When a subscription is created the field “monthly_billing_anchor_date” is automatically set. I’d like to handle this field by myself.
This wasn’t happening a few weeks ago. I’m on sandbox environment.
