Item_variation's Ordinals Passing To Square Site

Hi there,

I’m passing ordinals with each of my item_variations, and those are working great on my side in the square items list:

However, when I click into the item itself (not the variations), the order is all messed up. I don’t believe it’s in the order I’m passing items either…

And my main issue is that on my square site (been published and refreshed as I’ve tested), it’s in a different messed up order:

Does this ordering functionality exist?

Not concerned with the “orders api”, I’m concerned with the order (as in sequence, or arrangement) of item_variations under any item on my square site.

And I’m already successfully passing item_var ordinals using item_options, and that works in the first picture on my side, but not on my square site. Any other suggestions?

When you say the Square site do you mean the Square Online Store? If so you should reach out to our Customer Success team about this. :slight_smile:
