If the delete reward points expire, will they be returned to the loyalty account?

When the points are about to expire, you create a reward, and then delete the reward after a while. However, the points returned to the user have expired. Will these points still be returned to the user normally at this time?

Yes, the reward was created before the points expired. But deleting the reward will return the points. What happens if the returned points have expired? For example, if 10 points expire on July 1, I create a reward on June 30, and then delete the reward on July 2, will the 10 points be returned to the customer?

Expired points are expired points. Once they are expired then they can’t be used. :slight_smile:

This means that if the points returned to the customer in the delete reward include expired points, they will not be returned to the user.
