Is there a way to create a return and/or exchange using the Sandbox UI?

At this time the ability to create a refund in the Sandbox UI isn’t currently available. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team. 
Just discovered this isn’t possible, so having to make some pretty big guesses as to what the process will look like once it hits production. Would love to see this in the Sandbox UI!
