Hi,
I’m creating payments using the payment API. In the dashboard, it says “Sale attributed to: Untracked team member.”
In my opinion, we should be able to pass the employee ID when using the payment API. There’s no way to do this, correct?

You are correct. At this time you aren’t able to pass an employee_id
to the payment request. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team.
Hi @amorriscode , I send a DM a couple weeks ago, but I wanted to reach out as a reply to this thread just in case the DM was missed. We do have an Alpha program which may help with your request. If interested in joining the Alpha program, please reply to my previous DM and I can get you set up !
Capturing the buyer name is not consistent. Sometimes it does sometime it doesn’t.
Without seeing customer name, it’s really hard to do business. Any solution?
At the time of checkout are you adding a customer to the sale? If not then the customer information isn’t guaranteed to be associated to the sale.
It’s the same API call every time a checkout is happening.
What’s your application ID and a payment_id
that your seeing this with?
