Android In-App Payments SDK 1.6.9

  • The targetSdkVersion is now Android API 36.
  • Upgraded Netcetera 3DS SDK from 2.5.1.0 to 2.6.0.0, removing the transitive Bouncy Castle dependency and addressing a known vulnerability.
