iOS Mobile Payments SDK 2.2.1

Beginning with version 2.2.0, the minimum Xcode iOS deployment target has been raised to 16+.
This release addresses an issue causing crashes for some devices running iOS 18.4. Users of Mobile Payments SDK version 2.2.0 and below should upgrade to version 2.2.1 before updating their operating system to iOS 18.4
