Updates

Buyer verification can now be tested in Sandbox on the iOS simulator.
Improved fraud detection for buyer verification.
Updated resources: "China UnionPay" to "UnionPay International".
Updated expiring certificates for AmEx buyer verification. Please update to iOS In-App Payments SDK 1.6.2 in order for AmEx customers to be eligible for buyer verification.
