Reader SDK 1.5.6 - Android

Reader SDK version 1.5.6 addresses various bug fixes and improvements.

Fix for delayed capture of card payments.
No official support for targeting Android 12 (API 31). Enabling BLUETOOTH_CONNECT and BLUETOOTH_SCAN permissions may allow running on Android 12 with an app that's targeted at an earlier version, which is supported.
Other general fixes and improvements.
