Eloquent Labs Joins Square
We’re thrilled that the team from Eloquent Labs will be joining Square.
Eloquent Labs is a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) services business founded by two leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) researchers. Eloquent specializes in AI approaches to responding to customer questions and feedback, and the team’s expertise will be valuable to our entire ecosystem of services.
At Square, we’re making tools for sellers to grow their businesses by helping them reach buyers wherever they are: in-person, online, and in marketplaces. This means designing tools that save sellers time, help them better serve customers, and make more sales. Often, it means putting tools in their hands that haven’t traditionally been accessible to all businesses, such as Square Card (our free business debit card) and Square Installments (our purchase financing product).
Eloquent’s conversational AI services are exactly the kind of technology that can level the playing field for businesses of all sizes by providing sellers efficient ways to interact with their customers.
