when do tenders show positive money in calculate order api?

in POST /v2/orders/calculate - Square API Reference, i find tenders are read only, that’s to say it’s in response, no use in request, is it right?

and when do renders show positive money in calculate order api?

The tender is only available when the order is paid for so it’s not available in CalculateOrder.
