Square Terminal session expired

The Square Terminals at two of our sites have stopped working recently with an error saying something along the lines of “Session expired”.

To get them working again it was necessary to sign in again using their device codes.

They were initially paired about 35 weeks ago and have probably never had the device code re-entered since. Is this expected behaviour?

No, this isn’t the expected behavior. There was an issue on our end that caused this. The team has deployed a fix for this. :slightly_smiling_face:
