Search availability returning incorrect staff availability


When using the search availability endpoint to check the availability of my 8 staff, the response returns only 1 out of 8 available staff. I’ve checked their schedule, they are all active. The service duration and query start/end time are within their working hours, is there an issue with this endpoint or have I done something wrong on my setup?

I followed this article to the letter, what am I doing wrong here?
