Create payment link returns "An unknown error occurred."

I have account which is in sandbox and i am implementing Create payment link (POST /v2/online-checkout/payment-links) API in my software. i have filled the required parameters in api in order to return successful response. and it gives me the success when i call this api and also returing links. Every time i call api it returns success response and returns the link and when open it always shows “Something went wrong, An unknown error occurred.”. i do not know why is this happening
