# Weebly App Center - ConveyThis Version 1.0.1 Stuck in Review - Escalation Needed

Hello Square Developer Team,

We are experiencing an issue with our **ConveyThis app in the Weebly App Center**.

On September 15, 2026, we submitted an updated app version (1.0.1) along with changes to our app listing. The submission has remained **“In Review”** , with no feedback or status updates.

We have contacted Square/Weebly support multiple times, including spending three hours on the phone, but no one has been able to help or connect us with the team responsible for app reviews.

**Could someone please clarify:**

1. Is Weebly App Center still reviewing updates to existing apps?

2. Why has our submission been pending for over a month?

3. Who can help us get this update reviewed and published?

We would appreciate it if someone could escalate this to the appropriate team or provide a direct contact for app review issues.
